Perhaps you’ve been carrying more than anyone realizes.

Maybe you’ve become so used to holding everything together that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to put some of that weight down.

Perhaps you’ve spent so long looking after everyone else that reaching out for yourself feels unfamiliar.

Or perhaps you’re simply tired.

Tired of overthinking. Tired of pretending you’re okay. Tired of feeling disconnected from the person you know yourself to be.

Whatever has brought you here, you don’t need to convince me that what you’re carrying matters.

If it matters to you, it matters.

And I hope this can become a place where you don’t have to carry it alone.

Hello.

I’m Michele, and I’m glad you’ve found your way here.

I believe our experiences shape the ways we learn to understand ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world.

The ways we cope, protect ourselves, or respond when things feel difficult rarely come from nowhere. When we begin to understand where they came from, we can become curious about whether they still serve us.

What therapy can feel like

There isn’t one right way to arrive in therapy. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to say, where to begin, or what needs to change.

Understanding

We begin by making sense of what you’re experiencing — without rushing to judge it, explain it away, or change it.

Curiosity

Therapy can be a place to wonder together. To notice patterns, explore where they came from, and become curious about what might feel different.

Possibility

Change doesn’t need to happen all at once. Sometimes it begins with understanding yourself differently and seeing that another way forward might be possible.

Ways we can work together

Whether you’re coming on your own or alongside someone you love, we can begin with what matters most to you.

Individual Therapy

Sometimes life becomes heavy in ways that are difficult to explain. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin to understand yourself in a different way.

Couples Therapy

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the conflict itself, but the feeling that you’re no longer reaching each other. Therapy can offer a place to slow things down, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and begin finding each other again.
